Rachelle

Rachelle recently graduated with her Master's degree in Deaf Education in December 2013. Rachelle comes from a large family and is the oldest of nine children. She has 5 brothers and three sisters. Rachelle always knew she wanted at least four children but never dreamed of being blessed with the gift of adoption!
